In short an Artist – I need creative outlet like a bad habit.

I’m an adult “returner” to ballet. I hover in limbo, I used take a pre-pointe class with girls from 9-18 y/o and an adult class that mostly has 35 y/os. As of 2012/13 school year I started at a new dance school and take pre-pointe twice a week and Teacher Assist for girls 8-12 y/o three days of the week. I am 27, married, no children(yet), and work PT to support my habit.

I have a wonderful supporting Husband, a corgi dog named Buddy Cash, and two cats who are old farts Spunky and Tigger.

I reside in the great North West, a good heavy I-5 traffic drive north of Seattle and two hours south of the Canadian border.

I returned to ballet 7/2011.
I started pointe 2/2012.

  1. You are just what I have been looking for! I’m having ballet withdrawals… I’ve been in and out of ballet classes for the past 16 or so years (far more in than out, but recently it has been tough), and while I am currently spending a year studying abroad I haven’t been able to find any classes. I am going crazy! So please let me live vicariously though you until I can find a dance studio?

  2. I just wanted to let you know I really enjoy your blog and it has been inspirational to me and I think it’s great! So I have nominated you for the Liebster Blog Award. It’s just a blogger-to-blogger pay it forward kinda thing to recognize other bloggers who we feel are great at what they do and deserve some recognition. Have a great day!
